30 day "no fuss" guarantee
The "no fuss" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. If the product is found to be faulty within six months of purchase, please also follow the returns procedure detailed below.Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
Returning items using the 30 day "no fuss" guarantee is simple.How to Return an Item
Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:
* fill out the back of the delivery slip, giving the reason for the return. Please include your order number
* if you do not have the original delivery slip, please send us a note detailing the reason for return. This note MUST include your order number, which you will be able to find in your confirmation of order e mail document.
* in the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault.
* wrap the item securely in its original packaging.

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.We cannot accept responsibility for any returned goods that are mislaid in the postal service.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge.
